Place a water-filled tumbler on a tray.
Hold the tray and turn around as fast as you can.
We observe that the water spills. Why?

The water-filled in tumbler and tray are at rest. On moving/turning around the tray at faster speed the water spills because the tray and the tumbler comes into motion while the water in the tumbler remain at inertia of rest.
