Let r be the radius of a sphere.
Surface area of sphere = 4πr2
4πr2 = 154 cm2 (given)
r2 = \(\frac{154 \times 7}{4 \times 22}\)
r = \(\frac{7}{2}\)
Radius is \(\frac{7}{2}\) cm
Volume of the sphere = \(\frac{4}{3}\) πr3
Volume of the sphere
= \(\frac{4}{3}\) x \(\frac{22}{7}\) x \((\frac{7}{2})^3\)
= 179 \(\frac{2}{3}\)
Volume of the sphere is 179 \(\frac{2}{3}\)cm3
