(i) Cholera is caused by Vibrio cholerae.
(ii) Two symptoms of cholera are :
- profuse and painless watery diarrhoea.
- muscular cramps.
(iii) ORS should be given to the patients suffering from cholera to avoid excessive loss of body fluids.
