Homologous organs:

(i) They have same basic structural design.

(ii) They perform different functions.

(iii) Their appearances are different.

Analogous organs:

(i) They have different basic structural design.

(ii) They perform similar functions.

(iii) They have similar appearances.

Wings of a bird and wings of a bat are analogous organs as they have different basic structural design but have similar appearance and perform similar functions.
