△DAC and △DBC lie on the same base DC and between the same parallels AB and CD.
Ar(△DAC) = ar(△DBC)
⇒ ar(△DAC) – ar(△DOC) = ar(△DBC) – ar(△DOC)
⇒ ar(△AOD) = ar(△BOC)
