Prokaryotic Cell
1. Size : 0.5-5 μm diameter.
2. Nucleus: No true nucleus, single chromosome, nuclear membrane absent.
3. Organelles: Membrane-bound organelles are absent.
4. Ribosomes: Ribosomes are 70s and randomly scattered.
5. Cell division: Cell divide by single fission.
Eukaryotic Cell
1. Size : Diameter 1μm - 40μm.
2. Nucleus: True nucleus, nuclear membrane is present more than one chromosome is present.
3. Organelles: Membrane-bound organelles are present.
4. Ribosomes: Ribosomes are 80s, can by free or attached to ER.
5. Cell division: Cell divides by mitosis or by meosis.
