Plant Cell
1. Size is usually larger than animal cell.
2. Cell wall present.
3. Plastids are present.
4. Vacuoles are large in number and bigger in size.
5. Centriole absent.
Animal cell
1. Size is usually smaller than plant cell.
2. Cell wall absent.
3. Plastids are absent.
4. Vacuoles are small in size and less in number.
5. Centriole present.
