Electrons
1. Negatively charged.
2. Mass is negligible (1/1800 times of protons).
3. Get attracted towards +ve charge.
4. Present outside the nucleus.
Protons
1. Positively charged.
2. Mass is 1 a.m.u.
3. Get attracted towards -ve charge.
4. Present in the nucleus.
Neutrons
1. No charge.
2. Mass is 1 a.m.u
3. Do not get attracted as they are neutal.
4. Present in the nucleus of an atom.
