The probability of fruit set in a self-pollinated bisexual flower of a plant is far greater than a dioecious plant. Explain.

There is assured fruit set in self pollinated bisexual flower even in the absence of pollinators. In dioecious plants, there is male and female flowers present on different plants, so external pollinating agent is required for pollination.
