Sexual Reproduction:
(a) Reproduction which takes place by the fusion of male and female gametes.
(b) Takes place in humans, cow.
Asexual Reproduction:
(a) Reproduction in which only a single parent is involved.
(b) Takes place in hydra and amoeba.
