Briefly mention the contribution of T.H. Morgan in genetics.

(i) TH Morgan is a Geneticist who got Nobel Prize.
(ii) He found fruit fly (Drosophila Melanogaster) to be an experimental material as it was easy to rear and multiply.
(iii) The established presence of genes over the chromosomes.
(iv) Principle of linkage and crossing over.
(v) Discovered sex linkage and crossing over.
(vi) He observed mutations.
