Correct answer: (a) 0.2

Explanation:

In steady state, energy stored in inductor

\(\frac{1}{2}LI^2\) = 64J .......(1)

Power consumed in steady state,

I2R = 640J .....(2)

Dividing (1) by (2), we get

\(\frac{L}{2R}\) = \(\frac{1}{10}\)

⟹ \(\frac{L}{R}\) = \(\frac{2}{10}\) = 0.2
