f is very large
∴ XL is very large hence open circuit.
Xc = \(\frac{1}{2 \pi fC}\)
f is very large.
∴ Xc is very small, hence short circuit.
Final circuit
Zeq = 1 + \(\frac{2 \times 2}{2 + 2}\) = 2
