Macronutrients
- These are required in large quantities.
- These do not indulge in enzyme activity and transport of electrons.
- Example: Calcium and Nitrogen
Micronutrients
- These are required in small quantities.
- These indulge in enzyme activity and transport of electrons.
- Example: Iron and Zinc
