Amphibians differ from reptiles in following aspects:
Amphibians
1. They have slimy skin without scales.
2. They mostly lay eggs inside water.
3. Larvae have gills.
Reptiles
1. They have exoskeleton of scales.
2. They lay eggs outside water.
3. They do not have gills.
