(a) The precipitate is yellow in colour. The compound is lead(II) iodide with chemical formula PbI2.
(b) Pb(NO3)2(aq) + 2KI(aq) ➝ Pbl2(s) + 2KNO3(aq)
(c) It is a double displacement reaction.
