Prokaryotes:
(i) The organisms having prokaryotic cells are called prokaryotes.
(ii) In prokaryotes, there is no nuclear membrane in cells.
(iii) e.g., Bacteria and blue green algae.
Eukaryotes:
(i) The organisms have eukaryotic cells are called eukaryotes.
(ii) There is a nuclear membrane around the nucleus.
(iii) e.g., Onion cells and cheek cells.
