Animal Cell:
(i) Cell wall is absent.
(ii) Chloroplasts are absent.
(iii) Centrosome (a cell organelle that helps in cell division) is present near the nucleus.
(iv) Vacuoles are absent; small in size.
Plant Cell:
(i) A rigid cell wall is present.
(ii) Chloroplasts are present.
(iii) Centrosome is absent.
(iv) Vacuoles are present and larger in size.
