(a) Universal indicator is the mixture of synthetic indicators which is used to find pH of solutions.
(b) 2NaCl(aq) + 2H2O(l) + electrolysis → 2NaOH(aq) + H2(g) + Cl2(g)
It is called chlor-alkali process.
