Write down the differences between diffusion and osmosis.

Diffusion:
- This occurs in all mediums - Solid, Liquid and gas.
- Do not require a semipermeable membrane.
- The flow of particles occurs in all the directions.
Osmosis:
- This occurs only in the liquid medium.
- Requires a semipermeable membrane.
- The flow of particles occurs only in one direction.
