Explanation:
The ground state electronic configuration, of Cu+ ion is 1s2, 2s2, 2p6, 3s2, 3p6, 3d10
n = 3 (number of shells) ; Number of subshells occupied = 6, Number of filled orbitals = 14 ;
There is no unpaired electron.
