Correct answer: (a) u > v > α
Explanation:
u : v : α = \(\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}\): \(\sqrt{\frac{8RT}{\pi M}}\) : \(\sqrt{\frac{2RT}{M}}\)
= \(\sqrt 3\) : \(\sqrt{\frac{8}{\pi}}\) : \(\sqrt 2\)
