2NH3 + 5F2→ N2F4 + 6HF

(a) 79.0

(b) 71.2

(c) 84.6

(d) None of these

Correct answer: (d) None of these

Explanation:

2NH+ 5F2→ N2F+ 6HF

2 x 17 g NH3  gives 66g N2F4

2 g will give - \(\frac{66}{34}\) x 2 = 3.88 g N2F4

% yield = \(\frac{3.56}{3.88}\) x 100

= 91.75%
