An aqueous solution of NaCl shows the depression of freezing point of water equal to 0.372 K. The boiling point of BaCl2 solution of same molality will be [Kf (H2O)= 1.86 K kg mol-1; Kb (H2O) = 0.52 K kg mol-1]

(d) 100.156ºC
Explanation:
ΔTf/ΔTb = i1Kf m/ i2Kbm = 2 x 1.86/3 x 0.52;
ΔTf = 0.372. Hence, ΔTb = 0.156ºC
i.e., Tb = 100.156ºC
