Correct answer: d) Zn + 2HCl → ZnCl2 + H2
Explanation:
(a) and (b) are neutralisation reactions. The oxidation state of Cu is +2 in both reactant and product, and SO42- ion does not change. In option (d) is a redox reaction.
Zn → Zn2+ + 2e- (Oxidation)
2H+ + 2e- → H2 (Reduction)
