Correct answer: (a) 5, 6, 3, 3
Explanation:
The balanced equation is
12H+ + 10e- + 2IO3- → I2 + 6H2O
10I- → 5I2 + 10e-
10I- + 12H+ + 2IO3- → 6H2O + 6I2
or 5I- + 6H+ + IO3- → 3H2O + 3I2
