Explanation:

In ETS or respiratory chain, there are five cytochromes cyto-b, cyto-c1 , cyto-c, cytoa, cyto-a3. Cytochrome a3 is last cytochrome of ETS which denotes electrons to O2 due to this metabolic water is formed.
