Solid:
1. It has strong intermolecular force of attraction between particles
2. It has definite shape and volume
Liquid:
1. It does not have definite shape but has fixed volume
2. They generally flow
Gas:
1. It can be compressed easily
2. It has the ability to fill their container completely.
