m = 3 (virtual image)

u = -10 cm

R = ?

We know that

m = -\(\frac{v}{u}\)

3 = \(\frac{-v}{-10}\)

v = 30 cm

and

\(\frac{1}{v}\) + \(\frac{1}{u}\) = \(\frac{1}{f}\)

\(\frac{1}{30}\) + \(\frac{1}{-10}\) = \(\frac{1}{f}\)

\(\frac{-20}{300}\) = \(\frac{1}{f}\)

f = -15 cm

Radius of curvature = R = 2f

= 2 x (-15) = -30 cm
