Explanation:
Trypsin changes chymotrypsinogen to chymotrypsin and procarboxypeptidase to carboxypeptidase. Chymotrypsin changes caesin of milk into paracaesin. Ptyalin or salivary amylase converts starch and glycogen into limit dextrins, maltose and isomaltose.
