(a) Turner’s syndrome

Explanation:

Turner's syndrome is caused due to the missing X chromosome. The genotype is therefore XO instead of the normal XX and the sufferer person possesses 45 chromosomes instead of 46. Patients with this condition can best be described as incompletely developed females, although there are often no obvious external differences compared with normal females. Affected females lack ovaries so they are infertile.
