(b) lagging strand
Explanation:
Okazaki fragments are short pieces of newly synthesized DNA, which are generated during the normal process of DNA replication. They are linked up by the enzyme DNA ligase after replacing RNA primers with deoxribonucleotides. This will form lagging strand.
