(a) mother has homozygotic gene father has heterozygote I'AIA.
(b) both are homozygotic (IAIA).
(c) mother is heterozygotic (IAi) and father is homozygotic (IAIA).
(d) both are heterozygotic (IAi).

(d) both are heterozygotic (IAi).
Explanation:
In the mentioned case, one child with blood group ‘O’ and second with blood group ‘A’ are born to parents with heterozyous condition of genes for blood group A . i.e., IAI0. Both mother and father have blood group A but their genotypes indicate heterozygotic condition.
