Explanation:

Organisms with lethal mutation bear lethal genes that result in the death of the individual which carries them. The completely lethal genes usually cause death of the zygote. Mutation is a sudden heritable change in the sequence of gene occurring on the chromosomes. Mutation may be beneficial, normal, sublethal or lethal.
