Conductivity is defined as ease with which current flows through electrolyte. It is reciprocal of specific resistance. Molar conductivity is conductance of all the ions produced by one mole of electrolyte when electrodes are at unit distance apart and have sufficient area of cross-section to hold electrolyte.
