Explanation:

                    35Cl            37Cl

Molar ratio   x              1 – x

Mavg. = 35 × x + 37(1 – x) = 35.5

35x + 37 – 37x = 35.5

2x = 1.5

x = 3/4

So, ratio of 35Cl : 37Cl = 3 : 1
