Correct answer: (d) ClF3, XeOF2, XeF3+
Explanation:
ClF3 → Hybridisation
= 3 + \(\frac{1}{2}\)[7 - 3] = 5(sp3d)
XeOF2 → Hybridisation
= 3 + \(\frac{1}{2}\)[8 - 4] = 5(sp3d)
XeF3+ → Hybridisation
= 3 + \(\frac{1}{2}\)[8 - 3 - 1] = 5(sp3d)
All molecules have sp3d hybridization and 2 lone pairs. Hence all have identical (T-shape).
