(a) H2CO3
(b) SiF4
(c) BF3
(d) HClO

Correct answer: (a) H2CO3
Explanation:
H2CO3 and BF3 both have triangular planar structure
BF3 is symmetrical
∴ μ = 0 hence non polar, H2CO3 is not symmetrical hence polar in nature.
